This is a contemporary dance workshop aimed at various groups interested in dance and performance. It works with real-time composition tools to approach the body, space, relationships with other bodies, and elements in a conscious way, generating movement and achieving a different state of perception than usual. The focus is on creating a space of attention in the present moment, a conscious reality, and an attentive listening to human relationships in these times overwhelmed by information overload and multitasking.
